Camila Motta is an Osgoode Hall Law School graduate, where she obtained her Master's Degree. Camila is enthusiastic about Family Law, an interest that was sparked when, at a very young age, she penned a letter to the judge deciding her parents' divorce, asking her to order joint decision making and equal parenting time. Camila understands, first-hand, what it is to be a child of divorcing and divorced parents. She also recognizes how easily divorcing couples can fall into conflict and has developed a child-centred practice that helps preserve the relationships at stake. After experiencing family law litigation in Ontario, as a divorcing party and a lawyer representing clients, Camila is convinced that Collaborative is the best approach for most separating spouses who value the well-being of all involved, including their own. Camila’s empathy and life experience allow her to quickly build rapport with her clients.
