Maggie has been a licensed Realtor® in the Waterloo Region since 2006.
In 2018, she obtained the most comprehensive training available in North America and became the first Canadian to achieve the designation of Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE™). Certification required over 50 hours of divorce and real estate education taught by a specialized faculty of judges, attorneys, and Realtors®, plus 12 weeks of online courses and an additional year of learning labs and online training.
She understands the family law legal process, as well as divorce lending guidelines. She is trained to remain neutral and unbiased and can minimize the chaos and costs when helping a couple in the sale of their greatest asset.
