Amrit Malhotra is a Registered Social Worker, Accredited Family Mediator, and Collaborative Family Professional with more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through separation, divorce, and life transitions. She provides a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions.
Working within the collaborative process, Amrit helps families navigate the emotional aspects of separation, improve communication, develop parenting plans, address co-parenting challenges, and resolve conflict while prioritizing the wellbeing of children and families. Her approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and inclusive. As a proud 2SLGBTQ+ ally, she is committed to supporting clients of all identities, backgrounds, and family structures.
Amrit holds a Master of Social Work from University of Toronto and is accredited through the Ontario Association for Family Mediation. She remains actively involved in collaborative practice and client-centred dispute resolution across Ontario.
