Simon is a family law lawyer with Pavey Law LLP in Cambridge. He has primarily practiced in family law since May of 2020. Simon graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013 and was called to the bar in 2014.
Simon received the Carl Orbach Q.C. Prize in Family Law in 2012 at Osgoode. After completing his articles in Toronto, Simon was a law clerk at the Federal Court of Canada, for the Honourable Justice Roger T. Hughes for the 2014-2015 term and for the Honourable Justice Patrick Gleeson for the 2015 to 2016 term. Simon learned from being behind the scenes at the Federal Court that often the best result for a client would be to resolve a dispute without ever stepping into a courtroom. Simon takes a practical approach to generating creative solutions and resolving disputes.
